Conference

BILETA hosts an annual conference in March/April each year. It is hosted by a law school and has taken place in a variety of locations: England & Wales, Northern Ireland, Scotland, The Netherlands and Malta.

BILETA is actively seeking requests for funding from individuals from member institutions to allow projects to be undertaken or completed which reflect the goals of BILETA.

Membership

Almost all law teaching institutions in the United Kingdom and some overseas institutions are members of BILETA. Membership is in principle based on institutions, although individuals may become members.

Subscription to BILETA entitles members to discounted participation in BILETA activities, in particular the annual conference: A list of law schools who are institutional members can be found on the menu to the left, along with a list of the current members of the executive committee.

Membership of BILETA also permits individuals to participate or lead in the consultation responses.  A full list of institutional benefits can be found here.
